Return and Exchange Policy

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Requests for returns can be sent to support@edenandheirloom.com within 7 days of receiving your item(s). All return requests are reviewed for approval and will be processed within 48 hours (please see our business hours on our Contact Form).

We do not accept returns if:

  • The item(s) have been opened or damaged
  • The item(s) have been altered from the original and salable condition, unless the condition is the fault of the supplier
  • The item(s) do not have the original packaging
  • The item(s) were a Final Sale item

Instructions for returns:

  • You have 7 days from receiving your item(s) to submit your request to Eden and Heirloom.
  • Our Support Team will process your request within 48 hours.
  • If approved, pack your unopened item(s) and copy of original receipt or email - we cannot process your return without it. Mail your package to:

  • Your refund will be issued within 48 hours of receiving and inspecting your item(s). If your item(s) don’t meet the above requirements, your refund will not be processed.

Important information:

  • Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card used for purchase or in the form of store credit.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for original and return shipping costs, and providing a tracking number for the return package.
  • Please note that your bank may choose to hold your refund temporarily while it is being processed. Your refund should be reflected on your credit card's statement within 5-15 business days following approval.

EXCHANGES
